Basil is another slightly more advanced plant to grow as a micro, but again, well worth the trouble! This variety, Genovese, is slightly sweet, and as a micro much more potent than it's full grown counterpart.

Micro Uses:

Another chef favorite, micro basil is a perfect accent to everything from pizza to iced cream to cocktails, and a little goes a long ways. These seeds also work well for hydroponic growing and in containers or gardens.
